Processing Time

Orders take 1-2 business days to process after confirmation. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate.

We primarily ship using CJPacket, USPS, YunExpress, and DHL depending on your location. We choose the best shipping line (DDP or DDU) based on speed and reliability.

Shipping Address Tips

Please make sure your shipping information is accurate. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay your order. If your address is incorrect and the item is returned, we can reship it or refund your order once it's received back.

Taxes & Duties

Depending on your country, additional customs, duties, or taxes may apply. Avoria ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to the US with options like USPS and YunExpress. In other countries, duties may be unpaid (DDU) and handled by the local courier. These fees are not collected by us and are non-refundable.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives with issues, please contact us immediately. After submitting a claim with evidence (photos or videos), we’ll reship the item or issue a refund after approval.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days if the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective. For personal reasons (wrong size, change of mind), return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
